For over 20 years, the ethos at Ecological Building Systems is to achieve 'Better Building' by adopting a 'Fabric First' approach to building design. By prioritising natural, resource-efficient materials with lower embodied carbon, we aim to optimise building performance, durability, and sustainability.

We research and stock a wide range of high-performance, sustainable building products, backed by unrivalled technical support and comprehensive training on all of the products we supply.

Ecological’s parent company, MacCann & Byrne, is a family-owned company with a rich heritage dating back to 1906 at our original premises in Athboy.
