Paul O’Reilly, Co-founder of Watt Footprint is a highly experienced and industry recognised expert in energy efficiency, sustainability and clean tech energy generation. As a leading expert, Paul has worked directly for the SEAI and the DCEE in shaping the structures and governance in relation to SI426 Energy Compliance Regulations and Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) Programmes in Ireland. Paul is a regular contributor to national and industry publications and published a book “The Smart Citizen’s Guide to Saving Energy”.
