Sara Mullally

Sara Mullally is Network Project Manager with CIPD Ireland, where she currently manages the Sustainable HRM Skillnet. With 17 years’ experience working within Skillnet networks, leading strategic training initiatives, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Sara is passionate about collaboration, and identifying opportunities across sectors and services for synergy, reducing complexity, and creating meaningful connections. She recently launched The Leading Community, a co-initiative designed to connect leaders across industries for learning, support, and peer-to-peer networking.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Project Management, and a Diploma in Management from the Irish Management Institute.
